Here's how it works
We hope you are in love with your item/s as much as we are. If you are not completely happy with your item, we will provide a refund or exchange provided that you return it to us within 14 days of receipt (beginning on the day after your order is delivered to you) and then you have another 14 days to send the item(s) back to us. Sale items are also refundable and exchangeable. All refunds will be credited to you by the same payment method you used.
The item/s must be returned to us as new and unworn within its original packaging, along with our refund form that can be downloaded here (Form Download). Please include the refund form provided and state the reason code for your return or exchange.
We will accept returns for faulty goods up to three months after purchase.
Please note that we are unable to accept returns for customised orders (unless faulty).
The item is your responsibility until we receive it so we recommend you use a recorded delivery service. You are responsible for the cost of returning items to Raw Gemstone Jewellery unless the goods are faulty or sent in error.
Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days of receipt and you will receive confirmation of your refund via email.
Please note that refunds can only be issued back to your original payment method.
If you would like to exchange your item, you are responsible for the cost of additional postage costs. Please enclose a cheque for £5.95 with your return goods. If you do not have the facility to send payment by cheque, please contact us.
OVERSEAS RETURNS
You may need to fill in a customs declaration, please state “Returned Goods” to ensure no duty will be charged.
