Our Couriers & Tracking Your Order
We offer two levels of service for all UK orders which are the standard shipping option with Evri and our Next Working Day service with Royal Mail. Please note that Royal Mail Special Delivery is guaranteed to be delivered by 1pm the following working day. Please note that Royal Mail Special Delivery next day service is not delivered on Saturday or Sunday as part of the Service.
We ship via Royal Mail for all European and International destinations.
UK Shipping
Royal Mail
Royal Mail Special Delivery costs £10.50. We ship your items from Monday - Friday the following working day after receiving your order. Therefore, if you place an order on Monday, it will be shipped on Tuesday and arrive on Wednesday in most cases. If you place an order on a Friday, it will be shipped on Monday and arrive the following Tuesday. Some Royal Mail depots may take 2 days to deliver your parcel and we have no control over this.
A signature is required for all UK domestic deliveries. If you are unavailable and have not requested a leave safe option, a card will be left with rearrangement details or delivered to a neighbour. We cannot liaise with Royal Mail on your behalf once your order has been shipped.
Evri
All Standard Deliveries are shipped via Evri. Please allow 3-5 days working days for delivery. The delivery cost for all non-sale orders over £100 is free of charge via Evri. The delivery cost for orders under £100 is £4.95 for this standard service. Please allow up to 5 working days for receipt of your order.
During sale or promotions, we will ship your items within 2-3 working days.
You can track your Evri parcel online or by downloading the Evri app. All of our parcels via Evri are tracked postage, meaning that you can see your parcel’s journey from A to B. If you are not available to recieve your parcel, you can divert the parcel to a neighbour or safe place.
International Shipping
International delivery £19.95
We use Royal Mail Track & Sign For service for all European and International destinations. Please note, that international orders being shipped outside of the UK may be subject to an approximate 25% customs/import duties and tax charges once they reach their destination country. This cost is not covered by Raw Gemstone Jewellery and you will be responsible for paying any additional charges that may be calculated by Customs.
Tracking your order
Once your order has been received, we will process and dispatch your order the following working day. During sale or promotions, we will ship your item within 2-3 working days. We will email or text your tracking number to you, so you can track the progress of your order.
Free Collect
If you are local to our Norwich Market Stall, you can select "Free Collect", please note that we are open from Tuesday - Saturday 1030 -1630 and our opening hours may vary. Select "Free Collect" and we will notify you via Text or email when your order is ready to collect. All orders will be ready to collect the following working day from Raw Gemstone Jewellery, Stall 139 Norwich Provisions Market, Gentleman's Walk, Norwich, Norfolk, NR2 1ND
