Care & Materials
"Gold Vermeil" means that our jewellery is made from a sterling silver base metal and is then coated with really thick rose gold plate.
We recommend following our care instructions to ensure the longest life possible for your jewellery.
Our products are hand made by our dedicated team of talented artisans in Thailand. All of our gemstones are ethically sourced and produced.
Our semi precious gemstones are hand cut and semi-polished to retain as much of their raw and natural essence as possible, meaning that each stone is unique to you. There may be variations in colour and pattern, and inclusions can sometimes be visible within our stones, however we believe that this just adds to their natural beauty.

Our Couriers & Tracking Your Order:
In order to offer a premium courier service DPD will ship all UK orders and Royal Mail will ship to European and international destinations.
UK SHIPPING:
DPD UK Standard next day: £7.50
Delivery is free with orders over £150.00
Please click to download YourDPD App in order to set your own personal delivery preferences. DPD provide a 1 hour time slot for estimated arrival by SMS and email. You’ll be able to select other ‘in flight’ options for your convenience.
A signature is required for all UK domestic deliveries, with the exception of the ‘leave safe’ option available with our DPD in flight delivery services. If you're unavailable and haven’t requested a leave safe option, a card will be left with rearrangement details or delivered to a neighbour.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING:
Royal Mail International Delivery £13.95
International Shipping is free with orders over £150.00
We use Royal Mail Track & Sign For Service. Please note, that international orders being shipped outside of the UK will be subject to an approximate 25% customs/import duties and tax charges once they reach their destination country. This cost is not covered by Ikigai Apparel and so you will be responsible for paying any additional charges that may occur.
